Attention Businesses:

Updated: Sep 19, 2022

There is new Legislation that the County Executive is looking to have passed by the Legislature. It is IR-1120-21

For a copy of this Legislation please click the button below:

This Legislation states that when a business enters a client's premise, a licensee shall provide to the consumer at each service call, in writing, the service employee's name, the business name, address and telephone number, and the license number issued by the County, in a form and manner to be prescribed by the Commissioner.

Legislator Krupski is looking for feedback from businesses, on what they think about this law and what it would take to implement it. Businesses can provide comments about this proposed law by emailing to Legislator Krupski.
